Just knowing it was there might give him the strength to work out a way to save his business, he thought. With renewed optimism, he negotiated better deals and extended terms of payment. He closed several big sales. Within a few months, he was out of debt and making money once again. </span><br /> <span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><br /></span> <span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">Exactly one year later, he returned to the park with the un cashed cheque. "I'm so glad I caught him!" she cried. "I hope he hasn't been bothering you. He's always escaping from the rest home and telling people he's John D. Rockefeller. Several times, he trembled due to the loud conversations of people and sometimes woken up by the songs played aloud to be thrilled. But unfortunately he could not see anything to enjoy. He could hear someone screaming and lot of people talking aloud in panic. His heart started throbbing when he heard someone saying, ‘bring the knife, fast’. He started turning pale in shock. He didn't have any clue as to what was happening. All he could sense was something serious is happening around him. He wished he could see what was going on. But couldn’t. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div> <div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;"> <br /></div> <div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;"> <span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">After 30 minutes, he was really frightened, as he could hear someone sawing the roof. After some time he could feel someone touching and pulling him. He was pulled into a very bright lit area. He tried to see but could not withstand the light as his eyes had got used to the darkness. Few minutes later, this was a thrust in his chest that he could not bear. He cried out. He felt as if he has gained strength and he could now see, hear loudly and most important of all, feel human. He slowly opened his eyes to find a beautiful smiling face. A face that made him feel secured; a face that he really loved to see again, his mother’s face. Then he heard the voice of a nurse telling his mom, “Congratulations! It’s a baby boy!” which made his realize that he is just born.</span></span><o:p></o:p></div> <span class="fullpost"> </span></div>

Fighting against roaring wind and small pieces of white clouds, they kept moving towards earth..<br /><br />Both of them were silent for a while but one couldn’t bear the hush & said “Say something buddy, now we are together till we reach the ground”<br /><br />The other one said, “Am contemplating”<br /><br />“Now with only few miles left, last few miles of our lives, we can’t control our speed, direction; what would you achieve by being introvert? Lets enjoy the last moments of this life ”<br /><br />“How would it help? Still, we can’t change the inevitable”<br /><br />“Ohh so you are worried about the finale?”<br /><br />“Yes, aren’t you also worried?”<br /><br />“Nope! When we are born in a cloud, our end is decided. One day cloud would not bear our load and release us, gravity will pull us down with enormous force and speed that we can’t control”<br /><br />“We are termed as life on earth yet we can't control our own destiny, isn't this a very cruel law of nature?"<br /><br />“Hey, hitting ground doesn’t kill us, we just lose our existence as a droplet, we don’t die, we just change our form”<br /><br />“I am a simple water drop and I would lose my existence, that’s what I know”<br /><br />“You are water and you still will be. Two atoms of hydrogen and one of oxygen! Be it in a pond or an ocean, you still will be the same”<br /><br />“Well, that’s an interesting philosophy, never really thought this way! Okay, so what was it you wanted to talk about?”<br /><br />“There are hundreds of things to talk, but tell me why we have to fall?”<br /><br />“What do you mean?”<br /><br />“Is it because thirsty chaatak (monsoon bird) gazes sky with its furious thirst? Or because somewhere a farmer prays for rainfall?”<br /><br />“Are you crazy? We just fall because we have to follow the law of nature. Don’t try to glorify our worthless lives!!”<br /><br />“Lets imagine we fall because the monsoon bird would not drink from any other source and we have the responsibility to make it live, or for some farmer whose family prays for us”<br /><br />“Well that makes me feel good”<br /><br />“Now you are getting the point my friend.. Tell me given the choice, where would you want to fall??<br /><br />“Hmm indeed you are a day-dreamer”<br /><br />“Ohh come on, we have so many options, a young couple might be wandering on a seashore making impression of their feet on wet sand, you can submerge on those impressions. Or a young boy would have stretched his arms from window and you can land on his small palms. Or you can gently sit on a butterfly and dissolve in its colors”<br /><br />“Wow I never thought it could be so romantic... "<br /><br />An elderly figure was hurriedly walking towards home with an umbrella in his hand. One droplet landed on his umbrella and rolled slowly on the ground, the other one dropped on small leaf which could hardly bear its load, it bent and let the drop fall on ground where the first one gently hugged and said “Am waiting to go back to cloud again! I know how lucky I am to be born as a water droplet and have this experience!!” </span></div> </div>
